Defendant, Joseph Diaz, was indicted on four counts of delivery of more than 30 grams of a controlled substance (cocaine), under section 401(a) of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 56 1/2, § 1401(a)). He plead guilty to all counts in the Circuit Court of Peoria County and was sentenced to four concurrent terms of not less than 15 nor more than 50...
