The State of Ohio appeals the trial court's finding that defendant's constitutional rights to a speedy trial have been violated. As a result of undercover work by its agents the West Shore Enforcement Bureau had information indicating that on January 9, 1972 defendant was guilty of possession for sale and sale of heroin.
