Petitioner sought post-conviction relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 from his conviction on five counts of misapplying bank funds (18 U.S.C. § 656), two counts of fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1005), and one count of mail fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1341).
