This is an eminent domain case. Reba Cox Westmoreland appeals from a judgment rendered upon the jury verdict.

The only special issue submitted inquired as to the market value of the tract of land taken. The instruction with that issue told the jury it could consider the value of buildings and other improvements on the land to the extent they enhanced the value of the land. The jury answered...
