Adverse possession was the paramount aspect of this case tried in the Amite County Chancery Court. Appellees (complainants), D.M. Dixon, Jr., Mrs. Lillian Dixon, and Mrs. Virginia Dixon Marby, were decreed to be the owners of a tract of land (about nine acres) located to the west of a "white painted line" between their and appellant's lands.
