This is a class action commenced by plaintiffs, six named female inmates in the Monroe County Jail, on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, alleging in part a violation of their civil rights in that defendants1 failed to provide adequate or any medical treatment to them during the period of their incarceration in said facility.2
