Defendant Robert Housby appeals from a judgment of guilt following his conviction in a jury trial for delivery of a controlled substance (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 56 1/2, § 1401(c)). He was sentenced to a term of 2 to 6 years in the penitentiary by the Circuit Court of La Salle County.
