This appeal followed a denial of appellant's motion for a compulsory order of reference in a boundary dispute between appellant and respondent. Appellant prayed for the court to remove the cloud on his title caused by respondent's claims by finding that the Keith survey dated September 10, 1974 accurately fixed their common boundary line.
