Dr. Michael Lee Connell seeks a judgment ordering a partition of the community which formerly existed between him and the defendant, Mrs. Vergie Dell Connell. The defendant answered and filed a reconventional demand in which she prayed for substantially the same relief as that sought by plaintiff.
