This action was instituted by Sabine River Authority of the State of Louisiana against Flying Bridge Marina, Inc., to recover fees, charges and rentals alleged to be due by defendant under the terms of a "Commercial Use Permit" which plaintiff issued to defendant on February 12, 1970.
