O'Neil Company) in June, 1958, and was employed as a sales clerk until November, 1973, when he was retired at age 65. In early 1961, O'Neil changed its retirement policy to provide for, among other things, a more liberal vesting of pension benefits and for mandatory retirement at age 65.
