Movant was convicted of forcible rape and sentenced to twenty years imprisonment. The conviction was affirmed on appeal. State v. Garrett, 494 S.W.2d 336 (Mo. 1973). Subsequently, movant sought to have his sentence vacated under Rule 27.26 which motion was denied. Movant appeals from that judgment.
