Appellant Julian O. Brown was married to the deceased Mabel B. Brown on June 28, 1938. The other appellants are children of that marriage. Julian Brown and the deceased separated in 1961 and executed a separation agreement on February 26, 1963. During August, 1963 decedent and respondent flew to Alabama.
