This is a direct appeal by Harris from a judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict of guilty of aiding and abetting in the commission of an armed bank robbery and of placing lives in jeopardy by the use of a dangerous weapon in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 2113(a) and (d).
