Plaintiff-Appellant, Geraldine Kroger, appeals from the decision of the District Court1 granting summary judgment for defendant Omaha Public Power District. Appellant, as administratrix of the estate of James Kroger, brought suit based on diversity jurisdiction for damages resulting from decedent's wrongful death by electrocution.
