Respondent determined a deficiency in the Federal income tax of petitioner for the taxable year ending December 31, 1969 in the amount of $4,661.87.

We are asked to decide whether Raymond Fugit was a bona fide resident of Thailand during an entire taxable year for purposes of the exclusion provided by section 911(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954...
