Plaintiff Michael Probus, a minor, by his father Thomas Probus, sued Dana Donaldson and Ruth Brown for injuries suffered when a car driven by Donaldson, in which plaintiff was a passenger, collided with Brown's car. The jury returned a verdict of $32,500 in favor of the plaintiff as against defendant Brown, and a verdict for defendant...
