This is an interlocutory appeal from a trial court order suppressing as evidence a quantity of contraband seized by officers of the Pueblo Police Department as the result of a search conducted pursuant to a search warrant. The defendant-appellees, Joseph Michael Ellis, III, Karen Sue Ellis and William Randall Slaughter, are under indictment for possession of over one-half ounce of marijuana (C.R.S.1963, 48-5-2),1
