Appellant was charged and convicted of two counts of aggravated robbery in violation of 1967 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 40-5-1,1 and two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery in violation of C.R.S.1963, 40-7-35.2 All four charges were based on the same episode in which the owner and several patrons of the Columbine Steak House in Denver were robbed.
