RULES GOVERNING PRACTICE IN ARKANSAS BY NON-RESIDENT ATTORNEYS

PER CURIAM.

Under Amendment 28 of the Constitution of Arkansas, after consideration of the petition by petitioner and of comments and suggestions requested by our Per Curiam order of May 12, 1975, the following rule is adopted to govern the practice of law by non-residents of Arkansas in the State of Arkansas by comity:
