Appellant seeks to enjoin the appellee from practicing veterinary medicine in violation of a contract between the parties. The Court of Appeals, relying upon Extine v. Williamson Midwest (1964), 176 Ohio St. 403, refused to enforce the contract and denied relief. We reverse.
