Defendants-appellants, George W. Dodge et al., and Mrs. Ophelia Thibodaux et al., appeal an adverse judgment of the Seventeenth Judicial District Court in this concursus proceeding which was invoked by Placid Oil Company. The defendants-appellees, Mrs. Lula Isabel Beauvais Lafargue et al., were declared to be owners of the receipts placed on deposit by Placid Oil Company.
