This is a suit to recover $22,089.80 for 20 shipments of lettuce over a period of time from November 6, 1970 to February 3, 1971. The factual issues in the case relate to whether Appellee George Arakelian Farms, Inc. (Arakelian) sold and delivered the lettuce to Appellant Leonard L. O'Day (O'Day) or to someone else.
