Writ granted. It is ordered that the bail be reduced to $10,000.00.

SUMMERS, J., dissents. There is no showing of abuse of discretion on the part of the trial judge. Without a rule to show cause why the bail should not be reduced, this court should not overturn the fixing of bail without giving the trial judge an opportunity to justify his order.

DIXON, J., concurs in the reduction, but is of the opinion that on the record before us, $10,000. is an excessive...
