This is a delinquent tax suit. Appellee, Cayuga Independent School District, instituted suit against appellant, O. L. Gragg, for the recovery of certain delinquent ad valorem taxes alleged to be due by appellant for the years of 1971, 1972 and 1973, and to foreclose a tax lien on land owned by appellant lying within the school district.
