Plaintiff, a Delaware corporation, whose land and building in Delaware were insured against fire and vandalism by defendant, brought suit against defendant on the policy for losses alleged to amount to $30,000. The action was originally begun in the Superior Court of Delaware and was properly removed to this court. Jurisdiction exists under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1).
