SCOTT, Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Hennepin County District Court entered pursuant to an order denying appellant's motion to modify or vacate an arbitration award in favor of respondents in the amount of $7,000 plus $546.66 for the fees of arbitration. We affirm.
The only issue seems to be whether sufficient evidence was presented to the district court upon which to set aside or modify the arbitration award.
