HENDRY, Judge.

The appellant filed a complaint seeking to foreclose a mechanic's lien against property owned by the defendant, Food Fair Properties, Inc. (hereinafter Properties) and managed by the defendant Food Fair Properties Agency, Inc. (hereinafter Agency).

The trial court, following a non-jury trial, entered final judgment in favor of the defendants, and the appellant instituted this appeal. We affirm.
