Mr. JUSTICE STOUDER delivered the opinion of the court:

Following trial by jury in the circuit court of Peoria County defendant, Larry Leemon, was found guilty of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and sentenced to a term of from 3 1/3 to 10 years in the Illinois State Penitentiary. This appeal is from that conviction and sentence.
