On November 21, 1974, defendants made a formal offer of judgment pursuant to Rule 68 of the Civil Rules of this Court, Del.C.Ann., "to allow judgment to be taken against them with respect to plaintiff's complaint, in the amount of $35,000, together with costs accrued to date".
