This appeal challenges the propriety of certain rulings of the hearing officer at an Industrial Commission hearing.

Petitioner, Ray Gordon, suffered an industrial injury which rendered him permanently partially disabled. At a hearing to determine the amount of his lost earning capacity, petitioner presented testimony of various witnesses and also testified in his own behalf.
