This is an appeal by the city of Rockford from an order of the circuit court sustaining the defendant's motion for a directed verdict in an implied consent hearing under the provisions of section 11-501.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501.1.)
