Ridley, Jr., sued defendant, the workmen's compensation insurance carrier of his former employer, for workmen's compensation benefits, including statutory penalties and attorney's fees due for disability which allegedly continued past November 30, 1972, this being the date the treating physician concluded plaintiff was able to return to work.
