The appellee-defendant Nathan Jacques Warren was indicted for thirteen counts of perjury, felonies. Eight1 of the counts were based upon statements made by the defendant while testifying as a witness at a sworn deposition in a civil lawsuit filed in the United States District Court of Arizona.
