BLISS, Judge:

Appellants, Jesse Chapa and Dale Lee Slife, hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, LeFlore County, Case No. CRF-74-94, for the offense of Burglary in the Second Degree, After Former Conviction of a Felony. The punishment imposed for defendant Chapa was eleven (11) years' imprisonment. Defendant Slife received punishment of ten (10) years...
