Petitioners, Raudel Castaneda-Delgado and Sebastiana Godina de Castaneda (Raudel and Sebastiana Castaneda), after a hearing before an immigration judge1, were found to be deportable aliens. They were ordered deported to Mexico unless they departed from the United States voluntarily within two months.
