We have been met recently with a number of appeals on matters involving the disqualification of lawyer-opponents.1 The present appeal is by the law firm for the defendants from the granting of a motion by the plaintiffs to disqualify them from representing a former partner and former clients in a litigation.2 Such moves and countermoves by adversaries appear to have become common tools...
