PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal by David Crawford from an order of the district court dismissing his motion for a modification of his sentence to make it indeterminate under 18 U.S.C. § 4208(a)(2). Crawford was convicted of violations of 18 U.S.C. § 472 and § 473 and, on October 29, 1971, was sentenced to a prison term of ten years. The conviction was affirmed on appeal. United States v.
