This cause is here on a writ of certiorari directed to the New Mexico Court of Appeals, which affirmed a judgment in favor of plaintiff. Crawford v. American Employers' Insurance Co., 86 N.M. 612, 526 P.2d 206 (Ct.App. 1974). We reverse the decision of the Court of Appeals and the judgment of the district court, and remand the case to the district court with directions...
