MEMORANDUM OPINION

DECKER, District Judge.

In this case, a jury found that the plaintiff, Walter H. Pederson, had a valid patent for a snowmobile speedometer, and that the defendant, Stewart-Warner Corporation ("Stewart-Warner") had willfully infringed the patent through the sale of parts from which a snowmobile owner or manufacturer could mount a speedometer on a snowmobile.
