Michael Jerome Bell seeks reversal of his conviction for possession with intent to distribute and distribution of heroin, Title 21, U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He alleges (1) that the court erred in excluding certain defense impeachment evidence, (2) that evidence of other unrelated crimes should not have been received, and (3) that the prosecutor commented on his failure to testify.
