The defendant has appealed his jury conviction for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a violation of R. C. 4511.19. He asserts the following assignments of error:

"1. The court erred in admitting the breathalyzer test results without testimony as to what methods are approved by the Director of Health for the State of Ohio.

"2. The court erred in admitting the results of the breathalyzer test when the video tape...
