In this workmen's compensation case, plaintiff William C. McDonald, Jr. was awarded a judgment against defendant Aetna Insurance Company for total and permanent disability resulting from injuries suffered by reason of a fall while he was working for Advance Engineering Company on a wellsite located in Wheeler County, Texas.
