This is an appeal by defendant Mitchell Company from judgment against it for breach of contract with plaintiff Anderson, and from declaratory judgment that defendant pay plaintiff $1.00 per unit on automobile air conditioners manufactured and sold by defendant after November 1, 1955 for so long as such units are manufactured and sold.
