This action for dissolution of marriage was instituted by plaintiff-appellant Robert R. Claunch against his wife Laura B. Claunch, defendant-respondent.

Although the action was commenced prior to January 1, 1974, it is governed by §§ 452.300 to 452.415,1 the date of the judgment being March 12, 1974. Section 452.-415 (par. 2) provides, in part, "Sections 452.300 to 452.415 apply to all pending actions...
