Appellant was convicted of leaving the scene of an accident under Section 34.114, Revised Ordinances of Kansas City, Missouri, a misdemeanor. Three assignments of error have been raised on this appeal, two of which concern the sufficiency of the information and the fact that an unendorsed witness was allowed to testify at the trial in circuit court.
