The City of Houston instituted eminent domain proceedings to acquire a 20.699 acre tract of land owned by Respondents, Wesley West, et ux, and located within the security fence of William P. Hobby Airport. The Wests objected to the award of the special commissioners and appealed to the County Court at Law.
