GILLESPIE, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a final judgment of the Circuit Court of Chickasaw County forfeiting a bail bond. The judgment was in favor of the State against the principals and Resolute Insurance Company and Dan Rowzee as sureties on a bail bond in a criminal proceeding.

At the October, 1971 term of court judgment nisi was entered against the principals and sureties and a scire facias was ordered to be issued returnable at the next term...
