The petition against defendant Katz Drug Company was in two counts. In Count I plaintiff Stella Blackburn sought damages for injuries she received while a customer in defendant's store, alleging that one of defendant's employees "negligently pushed a cart into and against [Stella] knocking her to the floor and injuring her. . ."
