South Central Bell Telephone Company (Bell) made application to the Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) for an increase in rates that would produce additional annual gross revenues of approximately $25.7 million. Protests were made, extensive hearings were conducted, and PSC eventually entered an order granting only a partial increase in rates, that would produce additional annual gross revenues of $15.1 million.
